Jenn-Air JFC2290VEP Refrigerator - about one year...

Jenn-Air JFC2290VEP Refrigerator - about one year old. We noticed a thick layer of ice at the bottom of the freezer below the drawers. That indented are was completely full about 1/4" of ice. The vent at the back of the freezer appears to have ice build up also. The freezer and ice maker seems to be working ok.
