Jenn Air refrigerator and freezer not cooling. The...

Jenn Air refrigerator and freezer not cooling. The freezer has become a refrigerator and is cool. It is no longer making ice or keeping things frozen, but is about as cool as refrigarator should be. There is a layer of thick frost on the lower back wall of the freezer section. Tried to clean those out yet not working.
