Jennaire - where is lock button on frig? Can't get...

Jennaire - where is lock button on frig? Can't get water dispenser to work. Just changed filter. Internetvsays to hold gown light and lock button for 3 seconds.

0 Got the dispenser working. Used hairdryer to thaw out line.
