My upper light is dead. When I look in the upper shelf, I see an unusual apparatus on the right upper side--I open it up, then drops down an unusual tube that I can't screw out or pull out. Your manual is no longer online, so I need help, please. What do I do??? Thank you, Jay Fogelman, M.D.
