Refrigerator side showing 31 degrees, compartments showing 38 degrees, freezer side showing 0 degrees. Some food items in the refrigerator froze. We had set 40 degrees for the fridge temp. Opened the door to get the temp up. Closed the door and the temp went back down to around 31 degrees. What issue are we most likely dealing with? Thanks in advance.
