Question About Jenn-Air Refrigerator JCD2290HEW

I just moved into a home with a new never used frige and I am having problems keeping things from freezing on the storage side, it was first set at (6) and freezing bottle water reset to (4) same problem now set to (2) not freezing water but still fruits & veggies are getting iced in produce pans, Please Help.
