The freezer is not getting cold...

The freezer is not staying cold it seems to range around -04 to -06? Any thoughts??

0 Hi. We have had this problem a couple of times with our Jenn-Air. Each time the problem was the defrosting coil. By not defrosting properly, the freezer accumulates excessive frost in the freezer. While the frost may not be visible, push on the back wall of the freezer section to feel and hear the frost crunch. Last time we had this repaired it cost us $132 US. Good Luck.
