water filter...

I'VE INSTALLED A NEW WATER FILTER AND CAN NOT GET HE RED LIGHT TO GO OUT. I'VE FOLLOWED THE INSTRUCTIONS - HOLD THE WATER AND LOCK BUTTON UNTIL THE LIGHT GOES OUT - BUT THAT DOESN'T WORK. I HAVE INSTALLED A NEW FILTER SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE W/O ANY PROBLEMS.
