Question About Jenn-Air Refrigerator None
Water in bottom of freezer and on floor...

Water is accumulating on the freezer floor and then runs onto the kitchen floor. I cannot put food in the bottom basket in freezer as it becomes part of the ice mass. There doesn't seem to be water coming from behind the appliance, only from the inside.
