Part missing in this range hood... It has no part number that I can find... Sears is driving me crazy ordering it... and then the incorrect part comes. It is called the front panel 'something' that allows this high end product to work with a duct. The part is Stainless steel .. about 36" long and about 4" high... and blocks air from passing OUT of the system into your face forcing it to go up the ductwork. It fits into a slot between the rectangular back box and the curved front of the hood.... and is slightly scalloped on the bottom edge to obviously fit around internal screws etc. HELP! I nee dthe name and the part number of this product... in order to have it sent...Thank you so very much Mary Lee
