Question About John Lewis Freezer JLFZW1810
Freezer JLFZW1810...

The frrezer control panel does not appear to work. It will not set the temperature nor will the on/off button work. This is the second freezer sent with the same fault. Please advise what to do as the freezer is full - last time you delivered a new one and collected the old. As you can't use it for over a day this will be no good.
