Question About John Lewis Freezer JLFFW1807
fridge section is now warm ( JLFFW1807)...

the LED reads +14 and the milk'd gone off. Even using the manual, I can't seem to get the fridge section to reduce its temperature. ( Freezer's fine. -18.) NB.We had a 40 min power cut just before this started. Can you advise please? Thanks

0 i had same problem but also freezer at fridge temperature and contents had melted. No warning alarm and unit not making usual sounds. Strange freezer display. Called service. Next day freezer displaying -30. The day the engineer arrived everything working ok.
