Hi JL I had my JLffw1811 delivered today and set the temp to Eco - it has been fine but the freezer alarm has been going off all night and the temp raising to -11 when it should be -18 as it had been... Not getting any sleep please assist! I have left the FF as the delivery men left it - there is nothing above it and the fridge temp is fine. Many thanks- does it need to go back?
