Question About John Lewis Freezer JLFFW1807
i don't seem to be able to turn off the freezer co...

i don't seem to be able to turn off the freezer compartment on my JLFFW 1807. I have followed the steps in the instruction manual, but pressing the on/off button after selecting the freezer compartment simply gives a 3-2-1 countdown which turns the whole thing off!
