Question About John Lewis Freezer JLUCLFW6003
I had a problem with my freezer temp and i switche...

I had a problem with my freezer temp and i switched it off for 12 hours and i think i got rid of the ice however now i switched it back on the temo wont go below +5 i have emptied it out so just has the trays in there and left it for 12 hours and it stull wont go lower please please can anyone help
