I have John Lewis freezer - JLFZW 1806. I switched...

I have John Lewis freezer - JLFZW 1806. I switched it off to clean it and after switching it on it has taken it 4 days to get to -14 deg temp. It is not going back to its memory set temp 0f -18 degree. Please let me know what the problem could be. Thanks Nilam Shah
