my freezer has suddenly shown a flashinf "1" inste...

my freezer has suddenly shown a flashinf "1" instead of the freezer temp & the alarm is going off. I have switched it on & off & pressed temp down but this then shows "20" flashing for a few seconds but then goes back to the "1".
