The temperature in the fridge has gone to +13 and after following the instructions to lower this to +5 returns to the former. The freezer is working fine. The manual mentioned cold air circulating is this a new part we need ? The fridge is never over full and we have had this unit for 4 years. Pleae advise

I have had the same problem with his *&^%$£" model of fridge many times. You need to completely defrost (allow 24 hours) then switch it on again and it will be fine. the problem is condensate from the fridge is freezing somewhere in the fridge innards. So eventually the build up of ice blocks the circulation of cold air from the freezer compartment to the fridge (which is what keeps it cool), so the fridge gradually moves toward the ambient external temperature.
I havent managed to find where the freeze problem builds up but I am told it's a comon problem with this model of fridge. Grrrr
