Question About John Lewis Freezer JLFFW2007
top fridge door...

I have had this appliance for some time. Yesterday the door dropped about 0.5cm when opened. now it does this every time it is used, do you have any idea what this may be, as i can't see anything just by looking at it all looks normal

0 The same thing has just happened to mine, the plastic at bottom of door has caved in, try lifting the door upwards and you will see the hole where a plastic grommit should be, it just isn't strong enough, 3 months out of warrenty and John Lewis don't want to know
