when oven reaches temperature if you open oven to remove something the temperature changes why is this for example set at 180 degrees, open oven and it goes to 30 degrees?

0 I have had the same problem. PCB and probe replaced twice but has made no difference. Sometimes set temperature drops to 30 and sometimes shoots up to as much as 295. Have now had enough.
