5 I have owned an Impressa x7 for two yeas . The appliance has not functioned propperly since the purchase.Last year it was worked on by your representetive in Chattonoga TN,.The machine is not working yet. Please refer me to a competant repair person or tell me that a $6000.00 coffee machine is only good enough to make 100 cups of coffee! 5 SAME ISSUES REPAIRED TWICE BY ESPRESSO PLUS VERY EXSPENSIVE AND ONLY A VERY TEMPORARY FIX BROKEN AGAIN BUT NOT WORTH REPAIRING I WOULD NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER JURA PRODUCT OR ANYTHING FROM ESPRESSO PLUS AGAIN
