water leak...

the machine is leaking water from the bottom when making coffe. any ideas

5 ours has just started leaking too after 3 years. it only seems to leak when we use the steam wand - making coffee is fine but I'd still like to get it fixed. If anyone has encountered this in the past and can offer advice it would be appreciated. thanks,

0 Had the same problem; root cause was blockage in steamer. Run clean cycle, unscrew black nozzle, switch between steam and hot water; you'll see how it flushes out some 'stuff'.
