I have a kenmore convection oven model #970C648520. It has a single upper element, the fan, 3 wire shelves. So, it should be a convection as it is listed Following the cooking time in the manual, my Thanksgiving turkey was done 2 hours earlier. My last Kenmore convection had a different cooking time schedule. I no longer have that booklet Would like to know the true cooking time
