my kenmore convection oven is not unlocking. I was...

my kenmore convection oven is not unlocking. I was going to clean it but when I pushed the clean button the lock started to make a ticking noise and hasn't stopped. I stopped the cleaning mode but the lock has not stopped ticking. Can I reset this. Thanks
