Question About Kenmore Cooktop 3231
We have had this for about 2 years. Floor display...

We have had this for about 2 years. Floor display without manual. Sometimes we hit what appears to be a child proof lock. We do not know how to release this and usually have to go out to electric box to reset it. Can't remember model number but is Kenmore Elite with a glass top and it is electric.
