How do you get the unit off of "lock". The lock light will sometimes be blinking and sometimes a solid red light. I have tried every method to unlock the unit . I need detailed instructions on hoe to unlock it, not just a statement to hold the button 4 seconds. What is the total method to unlock the machine? Thanks I do not have a manual.
