Our diswasher won't drain! It wasn't cleaning properly so a few months back we took it apart and cleaned out the filter, etc., and it worked mildly better. We switched to liquid detergent and it worked even better (still not perfect). The bottom of the basin is full of water up to the element. My husband took the drain hose apart and there wasn't any water even in it. Help!
