We bought the dw on May 14. We have only been able to use it twice since purchase. Sears replaced the front panel. It still would not work so they came back and replaced the modem. We can now choose the dry cycles, use the lock feature and the cancel feature. We cannot choose any washing cycles. We can hit "start" and it proceeds to do Normal wash. I need to have this fixed
