Our freezer run water on the floor -- I assume it was in the defrost mode when this happened-- outside side wall was very warm to the touch -- inside drain froze off so couldn't drain -- under side drain the white rubber cap seemed to be calicified and sealed off --- we have cleaned both drains - nothing seemed to be thawed out but freezer was running a lot ---is there something else we should check??
