I have a Kenmore upright freezer. It's label on the door says Kenmore Elite Commercial. Where do I find the model number? I have a red light on the alarm on the door which I can not turn off even though I am able to stop the beeper. I am afraid we are going to loose the contents. Can someone help me with this problem?
