My Kenmore Elite Freezer will not turn on. Flashes OF,LO, and UL.

0 mine done this to I went to this site called http://www.manualslib.com/manual/563183/Kenmore-Elite-Frost-Free-Chest-Freezer.html?page=8 Temperature display can be changed from °F to °C to°F by pressing the ALARM RESET and DOWN arrow simultaneously until the control panel beeps. The display will change to the other mode This method got the OF LO UL display to go away, but it didn't fix my problem no matter what I do when I attempt to set the freezer temp the display changes to show the temp as I am adjusting it, and it flashes the temp off and on also while I am adjusting it. but when I stop adjusting it when I get the temp where I want it like 0c or 32f it flashes off and on a few more times then the display shows something like 42f or 5c thats wried if anyone knows what is going on lease let me know thanks.
