my upright freezer number 2972 46001, number 4 tem...

my upright freezer number 2972 46001, number 4 temp.setting has disappeared and a backward c with a dot or period after it has appeared and I cant bring back a setting numeral. Also the interior light does not go on though the bulb does not appear to have blown. HELP

5 You must check and make sure the bulb is securely fastened. If so, your issue most likely is that you need to get a new bulb and replace the old one. They're fairly cheap also! You can tell your local business man the refrigerator type and he should know what bulb you have.
