Question About Kenmore Garbage Disposal 175-67541
New house with no directions...

Kenmore 400 was in the house when we bought it a month ago, no manuals. It sounds like the motor runs, but the blades don't do anything. Nasty, smelly water sitting in bottom of the sink. Can't find this manual on-line either...help!
