Question About Kenmore Microwave Oven 85429
above stove microwave keypad trouble...

Numbers 4 to 9 have stopped working. Tried unplugging and replugging to reset but that doesn't work. Any ideas as to what is the problem, model number is 85429.

0 No it wasn't. I am starting to think that getting a different microwave from another store is now the way to go. Sears has not been a great help with anything I ask of them.
