Question About Kenmore Microwave Oven 721.80419500
front grill removal to replace charcoal filter...

Manual says to remove vent grill mounting screws, tip grill forward then lift out to remove. Problem: I can't find the mounting screws and Sears won't help on the phone because they want a service call.

0 I can't find any screws attaching the grille on my Kenmore microwave hood combination. The grill is quite loose on the right but won't budge on the left.
