hums when the door is shut but when i open it stops, still works but smells like something is burning and get hot on the inside of the microwave on the touch pad side i have just unplugged from the wall for now i got it new in feb 09 it just started messing up where it would just go off sometimes i would be able to hit it on the side and it would be fine please help
