I have a kenmore microwave serial number 746mm0007...

I have a kenmore microwave serial number 746mm00078, model 40180082700. on the display keeps showing -5e- or -se-. when i try to set clock or use keypad it seems to be locked. any ideas of what could be wrong or how to reset?
