I own a Kenmore microwave model #405-72129310. it has worked fine for about a year when all of a sudden, I went to defrost some food, hit start and the unit suddenly had no power. i moved the unit to 3 different outlets to confirm a good connection but still absolutely nothing from the unit. Is there some sort of procedure to get it running again?
