I'm having NO problem with my unit, other then ONLY finding a serial number and NO model number which seems to be needed in order to get a user manual for it, along with the fact that it's a Micro/Convec COUNTERTOP as opposed to floor model. Either way, there is NO catagory called Micro/Convec to select, so UNABLE to register. My unit also doesn't have a distinctive NAME other then it's a 1998 Kenmore Micro/Convec. ANY help would be sooooooo APPRECIATED...
