My microwave, mgf in 2000, model #665.6062200, s/n...

My microwave, mgf in 2000, model #665.6062200, s/n XC K4125361 keeps locking up, so far I have been able to unlock it by pressing the unlock button, this last it did unlock but on the screen what appears to be a "d" and it will not heat up, what could be wrong?
