Not having very good luck with this microwave, which we just purchased on 8-20-2014. We have the manual, and we follow the directions exactly as printed, and sometimes the microwave starts cooking, and most times it just starts counting down the time without cooking. It is very frustrating, and we are considering returning, unless you have a suggestion for us. Thank you.
