Question About Kenmore Microwave Oven 85604
problem with microwave turntable on/off...

The microwave is just installed....has a Turntable "On/Off" button but when the button is pressed "on" the turntable will not turn...brand new oven not yet used....checked the instruction manual but no info other than use the Turntable "On/Off" button...is the microwave defected?? or is there something we missed?
