Question About Kenmore Microwave Oven 665.61639100
taking microwave off from under cabinet...

there are 2 bolts holding the microwave to the cabinet above,After taking these bolts off it seems that the bottom of the microwave is somehow connected to the wall. I have tile on the wall. Are there anchors that hold the bottom of the microwave to the wall? how do I take it off the wall??

0 Remove the top grill by taking out the small screws from the top of the unit. Then you will notice there is a release rod inside that unlocks the oven from the wall bracket. Holding carefully, you can unplug the unit, take out the lock screws from the cabinet above, pull the lever, and the oven will fall away from the wall bracket. Good to have a helper.
