We accidentally broke off one of the hook latches on our Kenmore microwave oven and now the oven won't operate b/c of the safety mechanism that requires both latches to be engaged. We'd rather not pay someone to come out to pull apart the door and replace the latch. We also are concerned about trying to pry the door open ourselves (don't want to possibly break more things). Can anyone help with suggestions? (We still have the broken latch piece)
