while replacing the light bulb the bulb broke off ...

while replacing the light bulb the bulb broke off from the threaded connector that screws into the socket and tried to unscrew that with needlenose pliers and shorted out the microwave and cannot get the microwave to come back on. Is there a reset button or switch?
