Do I need to reset my oven if I unplug it? The but...

Do I need to reset my oven if I unplug it? The buttons that run the oven were not functioning so I unplugged the oven and plugged it back in. Now on the display I see a message that reads E0-F2- The stove top and the dials running the stove top are still working.
