I have a kenmoe elite built in oven model 790.480...

I have a kenmoe elite built in oven model 790.4808. the cooling fan on top of the oven has started to make a constant ginding nosie when using the oven. The noise only started after using the self cleaning feature. Can the cooling fan be replaced?
