I ran the self-cleaning Logi-Clean cycle on my ove...

I ran the self-cleaning Logi-Clean cycle on my oven. I canceled it after it ran for approx 3.5 hours. The oven is cool now, but the door is still locked. Codes E1 and F5 are showing up on the display screen. How do I unlock the oven door?
