my oven is displaying error F 90 when I try to set it to clean. Now the oven door is locked. What do I do to remedy this?

0 My 4 year old oven doesn't work. It takes about 30 minutes to preheat to 350. Have purchased new sensors and adjusted the temperature but still not working like a 1600.00 oven should. What's wrong with America? This is considered time to replace the oven. I know things don't last but I expected more for my money.
