Question About Kenmore Oven 911.95575790
tested the heating element... 17 ohms so it appear...

tested the heating element... 17 ohms so it appears to be ok. Oven still not heating up pass 200 degrees. is there a fuse or something else I can test... what could be causing this if the heating element tests ok?
